I don’t know what people are talking about was so for the app has worked with me well for me and I haven’t had any technical issue or anything I have locked out and we signed in on multiple devices and I still had no problem! The only thing I will say is that the app doesn’t exactly identify the roads really well. I had a JJ home bird feeder.
The only thing is also, I still haven’t be able to share it with my friends or family. I have created accounts for them, but it says that I did it so.

Camera is good, app is terrible.

I agree with other reviewers that the app is not intuitive. There are too many steps to get a bird identification. Also, maybe it’s just my iPhone 8, but it’s as if the bottom of the screen is cut off. This is true when reviewing notifications, looking the bird identifications, and the calendar. Right now, the calendar won’t show any dates past July 22nd, which was a week ago. I can see the live feed from the camera, so I know that isn’t the problem. This was a Father’s Day gift for my dad, we are disappointed that it isn’t performing as advertised. I read the feeder reviews but not the app reviews. Sorry now that I didn’t do that.
After a year, we now have to reset the camera every 10 days. AND now we have to see advertisements when we open the app. Not a good experience. Very disappointing because we bought the bird camera, pole, and solar panel. Total investment of at least $300.

Needs Improvement

Updated review: the latest revision has helped a lot. Bird identification is now working. Connection and setup is more consistent. Original review: The app has potential but the connection from the camera to the app is inconsistent. The instructions are written in broken English and no easy way to get any tech support. Hard to say if it’s a WiFi signal issue or not because I get notifications to my phone when a bird is detected and it logs a screen shot but I cannot get a live view because it never connects. I have to bring the camera into the house and reset it and even then it doesn’t always connect. Also, the bird identification does not work at all, just asks to upload a picture of a bird and then nothing happens. Please add some kind of tech support so the product can be used as advertised.
