Disappointing, can do better.
The registration was a bit of a hassle. It asked for 8 digit number which somehow disregards the 6 digit number of broadband users. Although entering the 6 digit will work, the instruction is just bad and confusing.
For the performance, it seems that the quota left for the month has been fixed(used to be stuck at max quota). However it is annoying that I cannot see the statistics of previous month usage. In the old app, I can see how much data I used for the previous month, and what the data are used for (streaming, browsing, etc.). Although there is the “usage” section in the new app, it is always empty.
Good thing about this app is the improved ePayment method and the aesthetic is kinda fresh but in terms of how user-friendly it is, it can do better. No. It NEEDS to do better. I hope this will be improved in the future updates.
Barebones app
The app is as barebones as it can get and only focuses on what’s important… MONEY. Want to check your data usage? Nope you can’t do that. For some reason it’ll just show there’s no decrease in usage even if you’ve used up all the data. You can pay your bills and purchase a booster plan just fine. As long as people have an easy access to spend more money, screw our needs to check our data usage right? As long as it’s convenient for us to pay our bills.
How can we go from the Telbru app, which is a million times better by the way, to this waste of storage. Even the website is basically what you see in this app. It’s ridiculous there have been no improvements since the merger. Don’t get me started on the services I’m PAYING for.
Great idea. Poor execution
This was a terrible change out from the previous App. And as you could clearly see from your Instagram feed, many users are experiencing challenges trying to get their new account activated. We were shocked by how clunky, disintegrated it is; why should we need to create different emails for different accounts now, when previously it was working just fine with one account? And why did you decode to erase our past quota history and history? These are critical things in ensuring our businesses would run seamlessly and efficiently.
I hope you will improve on this app. It is sad to see a digital institute like Imagine delivered a supposedly upgraded app so poorly, especially with the amount of hype you created around the launch.
Also, please please please improve on your customer service. Do listen to people’s reaction and address them.
I think you guys can really learn something from UNN.
