A few snags but Heyday support was awesome

The app is not 100% self service so I ran into a few snags when I tried to update/ correct my profile. Heyday support responded quickly and worked with me until all of the issues were resolved. Heyday is an amazing company overall. My esthetician is absolutely fabulous and so is the customer service.

I’ve been a loyal Heyday customer for a few years now and I’m so excited they have an app to allow me to easily manage my appointments! But the BEST part of all is the ability to see the notes from facial and what products were recommended- because it’s often easy to forgot after my appointment. The app even makes it easy to purchase my products directly through the app. 10/10 - love this brand and thrilled they now have an app!

Finally an app! So excited!

I've been a fan of this brand and a member for years now and it's so exciting to have an app that makes the booking process super easy!! I LOVE that I can see the name of the aesthetician I saw last because sometimes I forget 🤭 It's also awesome to be able to see all my products I bought in one spot.
