Awesome!

I’ve tried quite a few different fitness apps. I’ve been working out at home, with my home gym for about 5 years now. But this one has beat every other one I’ve tried. I’m most consistent with this app because everything I need, is all built in. I’ve been using it for almost a year, and didn’t want to review til I had enough time and info with it to do so.
And honestly, I plan on continuing to use it! The workouts are awesome! There’s such a variety available! The UI is very easy to navigate. I can track my calories, my weight, my cycle, my water AND share pics of my adorable cats with one of the sweetest fitness communities out there!
I’m not being sold products or shown ads in this app. I don’t feel uncomfortable sharing progress photos, because everyone on the app is so sweet and supportive. And I know I’m getting a solid work out, because I can actually see the results I want vs overdoing it and just getting swollen. Can’t wait to see my results a year from now! Keep up the amazing work Heidi!

An awesome app, but could use improvements

Updating my review to include more suggestions - this app could use improvements, but this is a brand new app and is being updated very often! Very user friendly. I wish i wasn’t stuck on the workout screen and could go back to the summary to see what I have left. I also wish we could swap during the workout instead of only being able to before you start the workout. Sometimes the equipment is not available so I have to skip back and forth through workouts so being able to reorder exercises would be awesome. I wish there wasn’t a timer on the actual workout, I often take longer than allowed so I have to press back all the time. This also is an issue with the last exercise as it will automatically end your workout even if you aren’t finished, they should put in an option where it asks you to end the workout or to continue. We should be able to edit the weight used during sets, I accidentally typed the wrong weight used and was unable to edit or delete the last entry. Also, what is the point of tracking weight history if we don’t have the option to go back and look at our progress without having to start a workout?? There should be somewhere we can see the entire weight history for each workout. Overall I really enjoy the app and can’t wait to see what is to come!

Not worth it

I paid for the introductory rate only to realize the app is like a peloton app that did not allow you to enter your personal workouts or create plans for yourself amongst other things. I reached out within minutes of purchases after realizing this doesn’t encompass anything I need in a fitness app, bad UI/UX experience and they told me they don’t give refunds even though I had cancelled and deleted my membership already. I’m out $70+ and will have to dispute with my bank. This is poor business practices that they’re stating they can’t refund due to their terms and conditions…even when I reached out within minutes after purchase. Unfair and don’t support this. I wouldn’t expect this from a company Heidi created. It’s not like I messaged you after hours or days or weeks after having the app, it was minutes.

As of 11/6 Heidi has asked followers to post positive reviews. This is ridiculous and you’re trying to hide the few that realize how poorly created and thought out this app was. You can’t enter weights, sets, reps of your own workouts. No reports that show your progress within your weights/sets/reps. This app falls short in so many areas, I encourage you to wait until the release the free trial because it’s absolutely not worth the money so many of us paid for a year introductory membership.

I’m literally out the money because apps like Fitbod are more in line with what most of us are looking for. Stick to the clothes, don’t bother with this app.
