Took money tickets not delivered
Took my money for 10 tix and never added any to my wallet. No email confirmation. Made me use Face ID. The email and pw I know for a fact is accurate didn't work. I went to the website and looked to see if the ones I just confirmed were charged on my cc we're unavailable..they were not so I had to purchase through there and then got an email plus another charge that didn't even match the previous one by app. Something is definitely off here!!
Reset Password doesn’t work; Save to Wallet doesn’t work
I tried to use the Reset Password function several times and never received a Reset Password email. I finally used my Apple ID to log in. When I completed the purchase, a message display said that the tickets would be added to my wallet, but they were not. In addition, there is no option to add tickets to the Wallet after purchase.
Took my money but NO tickets
The app kept telling me my account information didn’t match. I am sure it’s correct. So I signed in as a guest. It took my cc and charged my account but never got the tickets added to my wallet or emailed. I tried to reset my password but it won’t let me. When I check, my seats are no longer available (I presume they are mine) and I can’t get into the app to try and figure this mess out. Very frustrating.
