Burgerville Ordering 4+

With the closure of the dining rooms, the app has been a great improvement over waiting in the drive-thru. My biggest complaint is that the function to recall a previous order never works. It always says the merchant has changed the menu, and I have to re-enter the whole order. A smaller gripe is that the interface for choosing options is a bit unintuitive - it took some getting used to.

I am very frustrated with this new app, because it took away my favorite feature, which was the ability to pay through the app! It also has a lot of bugs now! The whole point of having an app that you can pre-order from is so that if you are running around, you don’t have to sit at the restaurant and wait for your food to be ready. This app is absolutely terrible because it does not go to the store now. ever since this update and new app, I have ordered three times through the app, and when I got to the store, the food was not ready because it didn’t get sent to the kitchen! I also do not like the fact that I cannot choose specific items to use for my reward points like I could before. Maybe I don’t want the selections that you are giving me Burgerville, you messed up with this one. You will more than likely be losing a customer as a result…. Oh, and on a sidenote. You should probably tell your supervisors and managers not to tell customers that they don’t use the app because they don’t like it either. If you own employees don’t have faith in it, how can you expect your customers to?!

I love Burgerville! I hate Burgerville app. I made it through the transfer process, but am quite frustrated that I am unable to order anything from the app. First, and most importantly, the app does not take Apple Pay. What company doesn’t take Apple Pay these days? with all of the security breaches, storing my credit card on your servers is not what I want to do.

Nonetheless, I decided I wanted a burger so badly, that I would store my credit card with the app. I tried scanning my credit card. No dice.I entered the credit card manually.

unfortunately the only option was to hit the back button. There was no option to move forward and save the credit card. Because of this, the app would not save my credit card. Burgerville, you are losing money with a terrible app that makes payment so incredibly difficult to do. Fix the bug on credit card saving, and also Apple Pay like everybody else. I will spend more money.
