iOS Update 14.2 Stops Branbot in its Tracks

The app worked great until I had the update. It’s a fantastic communication app for my clients, well it was until I had the update. Now I have to cancel my subscription as it no longer works with the latest iOS 14.2 update. Hoping the Developers will catch wind of this and update it before they lose more customers.

This app is a lifeline during the days of Covid

We (a front desk team of 5) have been able to stay in nearly constant contact with our clients while working, outside the studio, from 5 different homes. The ability to text clients into a main mailbox is huge. Zero balls dropped thus far but it would be great to have a mark unread function. We would, and do recommend BrandBot to any small business owner.

Bring Notifications Back

The app was working great and after update, can get notifications when clients send text have to wait to get an email to see, where as before you can respond right away, please update the app to fix the notification issue
