Good application, and it’s become better every update
The only thing that is annoying — when I want to send money to a card, after push send button there is button try again send message, that appears exactly on the same place as Confirm button, and I often press it occasionally. Please make it disabled or move it to any side of input, but not invisible and visible
Notifications on transactions are not updated
First of all, after switching to notifications on transactions within app, it’s really inconvenient, since now there is 3 places where those notifications possibly can came. Second notifications are not updated correctly, you need to manually tap on login screen , and then go back to notifications, to get the most recent messages. And third: it stopped working at all, for about 4 days I can’t get any new notifications (transactions inside app on the card screen works, but there is no chance to copy them to the finance app with description. Please provide a way to disable transactions notifications inside app.
Advice
There are many problems. The most critical I want the share with the users and customers. The currency exchange in the app does not correspond to the really taken money from the card. It looks like cheating. Why you cannot mention the currency exchange rate in the app that you actually take after money withdrawal? I want to lay out my bonuses to gather some gifts but actually it’s impossible because the card cannot be added to the Mastercard більше app. The infinite loading appears and leads to stuck. That issue has not been fixed until now. I raised it a few months ago and still no fix and response from customer care service. I do not recommend to use ukrsib.
