How the wallet works well, but why implement a swap if safepal is not going to be responsible for customer funds. example, did a swap of funds from one network to another. as a result, the funds were frozen, and in response they said that they do not bear any responsibility, because they themselves swap through the exchange. then the question is why are you needed, I could also transfer funds to the exchange and do it there. be careful

in this wallet money is being brewed, and it’s very simple. they respond to the complaint at least 1 day later, I think if they had reacted immediately, it would have been possible to return the money and block the scammers.
