I received an automated email from you regarding my demand of the country change in my profile. I got an automated response with the required list of documents and a demand on your end to provide those. No further info on where and how to do it. It was a no-reply email. My case shows that the demand has been automatically resolved since I already received an automated reply from you. Brilliant 👏🏻

My issue has not been resolved and I have never heard back from your team, despite attaching the documents online. It circles me back to another email and shows my case has been resolved.

I sent my request both in Ukrainian and English but the company doesn’t seem to bother replying or at least fixing the automated “case resolved” issue. It is not resolved. It is also unclear from that email where to provide those documents.

Every time I tried to use Payoneer I was facing troubles. The last straw was my attempt to withdraw to bank account. I’ve added bank account. It was approved. Then withdraw attempt was rejected. When I’ve asked support center what went wrong I’ve got answer “ I'm sorry, but for security reasons I am unable to see the details of your bank account, the only thing that I can see is Invalid Beneficiary Details why your bank account is closed. “. Then I’ve asked who can I contact to clarify details and support has told “ Our Approval team is working in the back office and has no access to connect with the customers. and unfortunately, I do not have access to more information about the bank details.”. And after that I was suggested to use my old bank account. Worst service ever. Will never use it again and don’t suggest for those who value their time.

This app is a total garbage and customer care does NOT care about their customers at all. I simply wanted to order a card. My request was pending FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, and I’ve contacted support miltiple times. When someone finally decided to take a look at my request, turned out I had a mismatch in my address that I used during registration and delivery address for the card. Apparently, payoneer thinks that moving places is a crime and security issue, so INSTEAD OF SORTING THIS OUT WITH ME OR REQUESTING ANOTHER ROUND OF VERIFICATION THEY JUST CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. Contacted support again multiple times - no one can help me, and there is not even an option to appeal account closing. Ridiculous. Horrendous servise, stupid rules, useless customer support. Will not ever again use this garbage. Sick of listening that they „understand my frustration”.
