Please, give us the possibility to switch to the previous version. A button in the settings, etc. I loved patreon as it was, but with recent update it is very uncomfortable to navigate through the content and having each creator separate instead of the feed is very inconvenient.

After we faced some issues the support refused to give any help or answers, after accusing me of braking the rules. After I showed them their own rules and step by step explained that we didn’t brake anything, they stayed ignorant. The same they stayed when we asked to give any arguments in support of their state. Even after we offered to at least get explanation what exactly we broke and what we can do to fix it, they refused to answer even it, sending formal copy pasted answers!
Zero loyalty, incompetence and ignorance to the people who made income of this platform and brought clients is all I faced here. Their beautiful texts explaining how much they care for their creators and ready to show all the loyalty and help needed turned to be nothing but marketing.

If you’re going to launch a page, better look for another place. Really. Or don’t be surprised if they’ll kick you for no reason after you put years of work into it, no matter what the rules say.

I follow a couple of comics creators, and checking they works (images, especially long ones) is extremely inconvenient from the app - better chance to just open the link to Google Drive attached by author.
Also, if there’s a series of comics, there’s no albums, you only can start reading it by tag > see a lot of spoilers while trying to find the 1st page.
