First of all I’d like to thank you for your steps towards paying with a mobile phone. But I don’t understand why not to give new options to those who already have plastic cards, why you don’t let adding them to Apple Wallet? I already payed for the card once, is it normal that I have to buy a second card just for a new single option? What should I do with my old card if I buy a new digital one?

Thank you for your feedback. The new digital transport map is a separate product. Plastic and digital cards are created using different technologies. To issue a digital card, authorization in the Visa and Mastercard payment systems, payment of data storage and protection, payment of Apple Pay and Google Pay providers is required. These are paid services that would make plastic transport cards more expensive. Therefore, it was decided to keep two separate products: a plastic card and a digital card.

Thank you for this app! I really like to use it. However, I think it would be even more convenient to use this application if you could create an electronic card in it, as qr-tickets, - just in case if you don't have a plastic one, your smartphone is always with you : )

There is an issue appeared nowadays - for some reason the app icon started showing notification badge - red dot with number 1 - which impossible to get rid of. I have read and opened all the app screens, sections and notifications, so nothing to do/read/open from user standpoint but the app icon is still showing that I have missed… something. App reinstall doesn't help either. Looks like odd defect.
