Privacy
We know the things that you type on your phone are personal, so we’ve designed Gboard to keep your private information private.

What Gboard sends to Google:
• Gboard sends your searches to Google’s web servers to give you search results.
• Gboard also sends usage statistics to Google to let us know which features are used most often and to help us understand problems if the app crashes.
• If you use Gboard’s microphone, voice input will be sent to Google for transcription.

What Gboard doesn’t send to Google:
• Other than your searches and voice inputs, Gboard doesn't send anything you type to Google, whether it’s a password or chat with a friend.
• To help you with spelling and to predict searches you might be interested in, Gboard will store the words you type on your device. This data is not accessible by Google or by any apps, and can be cleared at any time.
• If you’ve turned on contacts search in Gboard search settings, this allows Gboard to search the contacts on your device so that you can easily share. None of these queries is sent to Google.

Option "Cycle through Gboard languages" not available anymore

Upd: The problem gone with latest update. Thank you!

Not available option Languages -> "Cycle through Gboard languages" - it was on my old iPhone 6S (iOS 14.3) but now not available (iPhone 13, iOS 15.0.2). Everything was fine on my old iPhone but I got a new one with new iOS and now using keyboard from Google is very hard. Using Gboard becomes a pain because I can't just switch between languages by globe key - after last language it switches to iOS native keyboard(s) and I have to manually switch first to Gboard and then again to a language I need within Gboard. It very frustrates.

Unhappy tester ,

2 bugs on iOS IN ONE NIGHT

1) HIGH. yesterday my keyboard started to blink and collapsed after typing a few symbols in the app where I was need to use the keyboard. It was terrible because I was really need it at that moment.
So I had to spent enough time with re-uploading Gboard. And now my old own vocabulary is gone too
2) LOW. Gboard is inconsistently switching between black and white view. (As I understand, it's related to main app theme)

Cool keyboard but missing force touch

The only thing preventing me from switching to GBoard is poor force touch features implementation... First, you cannot simply go one paragraph up with force touch unlike the native keyboard, here you can only go left or right. Then, have you ever tried to double or triple force touch on the native iPhone keyboard? (Multiple force touches on a single touch) This selects the word and the paragraph respectively, which are super convenient features I cannot live without. Once these features are added to GBoard I would love to switch!!! Thanks!
