Maybe a quick reconnect button or gesture on main screen would reduce need to go between screens.
My pipe dream (ready to support money-wise) is telemetry via Raspberry or Arduino, from console to transducers( bass shakers): suspension, tire slip are enough. Gear change bump would be a nice bonus
