We are not satisfied with the russian language. As we are from Ukraine it is irritating. English was perfect. Please add language selection to the app.
Hope we’ll be as pleased with the new app as with the old one♥️

Etsy blocked my shop without any reason and froze my money received for the order. I filed an appeal asking which exactly terms of use were violated, but received an automated response in just a minute (!!!) that my case was “carefully considered” by Etsy Support indicating that they are not gonna answer to my questions anymore and of course not telling the specific reason of shop suspension. Creating tickets to Etsy Support didn’t help as well - I didn’t get any response

I worked on the store very hard and very long, but when I received my first order my shop was suspended by the Etsy algorithms without any explanation and money was frozen for half a year. I don’t recommend sellers to cooperate with Etsy because random shop blockings is a regular thing for them based on huge amount of articles and videos on the internet

PS. I don’t need a ready-made advice of filling the form to contact the Support team as I already tried to do that and didn’t get a response. Moreover, I don’t have any desire to continue having a cooperation with you. My message is for sellers who thinks about the marketplace to choose for selling their items. Etsy is not a good choice because of their attitude towards sellers

As it often happens, this is an absolute copy of the old version of the program, but with deterioration. All the changes consist in the fact that the buttons have been replaced. For example, the "message" button has moved and now it is in an unusual place, also with the button to change accounts, statistics, etc. Now, to get any information you need a few more clicks. Sad part that development of this app paid for by commissions paid by sellers.
