Description
Dicty is a viewer application for dictionaries in StarDict format. Thanks to Dicty, thousands of free dictionaries become available for use with your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad ¹.
Features:
* StarDict format support (plain text, html, xdxf).
* Fast search over all dictionaries while typing.
* Contextual word lookup. Tap and hold on a word in the text to lookup it in all dictionaries.
* Special "Dark" color scheme. Makes the text easier to read in the dark and saves your eyes.
* Clipboard support. Allows to copy last translated word to clipboard.
* Portrait and Landscape viewing modes.
* iTunes File Sharing support.
* Share extension. Allows to translate selected words from other apps.
¹ No dictionaries are provided with the application. You can find them on the Internet free of charge and download inside the application or copy using iTunes.

• Fixed an issue with Preview - if you select None in the settings, the preview of the word definition should not be added to the search results.
Ratings and Reviews
The app does it's job
The app is ok. Just add dictionary files through iTunes and it's ready to go. It doesn't support dictionaries in archive files (.zip and others), therefore the dictionary download feature seems to be useless as it prompts to download archive file. Anyway, the app does its job decently.
It apps don’t show all content
In search window I can see more important content nearby of each word, than when I open any word for details.

Brilliant application. It's so good that I can't really find a reason for the developer to support it without putting any kind of advertisement or making it paid.
