That's why we've kept multimedia support to a minimum, with a pure text presentation enhanced occasionally with custom fonts. Our audiobook player supports multiple audio files organized in one book if stored in one folder in local storage. However, iCloud audio files can only be played one by one, which is a clever security limitation imposed by Apple. But don't worry - the only way to play all audio files as a book on iCloud is to store them in a ZIP container. This is just one file, and handyREADER can unzip it and play it seamlessly.

We've also added a timer to our audiobook player, which lets you limit the playtime of the book. You can set the timer to 10-minute intervals or the end of chapters, depending on your preference.

handyREADER is almost free! We require an annual subscription of around 1 USD per year (amount is country dependent) with a 2 months trial period. We also support family sharing, so you and your loved ones can enjoy handyREADER together. This small subscription fee will help us maintain handyREADER and increase its functionality in the future.
