iSOYL Precision Farming 4+

iSOYL, when used with the iSOYL Controller Cable, can connect with most popular agricultural spreader, sprayer and seed drill controllers to allow variable rate application of precision farming application data. iSOYL supports SOYL’s data transfer system, OneDrive and Dropbox allowing SOYL files or shapefiles to be wirelessly and efficiently transferred between field and office.

The pre-planned precision farming application map will place fertiliser, seed or agrochemicals at the correct rate for each part of the field. In the UK these maps are supplied by SOYL although shapefiles are also supported for SOYL accounts. As applied records are captured during application and uploaded back to the SOYL system. Outside the UK shapefiles only are supported which can be created by most management software packages. As applied data is returned to your choice of either OneDrive or Dropbox as a text file.

The app is free to download and runs in demo mode. For actual application an accessory kit can be purchased which includes a cable to connect to your agricultural implement controller system as well as access to the data transfer system. iSOYL, once combined with the accessory kit, can be connected to agricultural implement controllers from a range of systems including KUHN, Amazone, Raven, Vaderstad, Horsch, Bogballe, RDS, Lemken, Vicon, Teejet, LH Agro and others upon request. Cloud data connection is subject to an annual in-app purchase.

iSOYL also allows users to add their own points of interest such as weed populations or crop variation in their fields by simply dropping a pin on the relevant area and recording a note.
