Please note you must have a connected toothbrush to use the app. By connecting to the app, you’ll also receive the latest updates to your brushing experience.

With our most advanced toothbrush – Sonicare 9900 Prestige – the app works in harmony with your brush to access the full range of benefits, including:

- Real-time guided brushing to brush your best.
- SenseIQ to sense and automatically adapt your brushing style.
- Auto-sync to update without your phone nearby.

Your Sonicare app experience will vary depending on which toothbrush you own and where you live:

PREMIUM
- 9900 Prestige – SenseIQ, mouth map, personalised guidance and tips.

ADVANCED
- DiamondClean Smart and FlexCare Platinum Connected – mouth map with position guidance and missed area notifications.

ESSENTIAL
- Sonicare 6500, Sonicare 7100, DiamondClean 9000 and ExpertClean - SmarTimer and brushing guides.

In the Sonicare app:

Real-time brushing guidance
The Sonicare app monitors your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush.

Dashboard
The Dashboard connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each day and week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.

Automatic brush head reordering service
Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.

Version 10.14.0

This version includes support for the latest Philips Sonicare connected toothbrush and brush head. This update also adds support for the Greek and Bulgarian languages.

Needed to reinstal to fix crashing

Update didn’t work by it’s own. I had to uninstall app completely first. Now it is working Finally, back to 5 stars. :)

app causes toothbrush to reset continously

wasnt able to change mode on my toothbrush with mode button, it kept on resetting before i was able to reach desired mode, thought its broken and I need to get it fixed under warranty.
Figured this app in phone causes that (when I disabled bluetooth on phone toothbrush started to work without issues). So I did a toothbrush factory reset, made iphone to forget it under bluetooth settings, uninstalled app, never looked back.
What a time to live in, glad I haven’t payed premium for Smart version if this the software quality that comes with it.

Lagging app

After last update my app is completely frozen after showing toothbrush head detail.
