The app keeps refreshing by itself every time I write something and the things I wrote would disappear so I had to write it out again…
Very frustrating especially when I’ve written so much things and it just disappears because of the app…pls do something and I’ll change my review to 5 stars.

Honestly, this app deserves negative stars for rating. I don’t even know where to start. It just keeps refreshing and reloading out of the blue, and all those stuff that I’ve written over the past few hours just vanish. What a waste of my effort. Then this too: For files that are too large, I can’t even open them without them loading and reloading and eventually crashing. This has happened multiple times already. I usually use it for my schoolwork, and seriously, I barely have much time to spare, and rewriting everything just because this horrible app can’t save my work properly… forget it. All my hard work goes down the drain, and so does this app when it crashes. Not recommend unless you don’t have to write too much on documents.

I’m a student and I always save my assignments to Files and write on it to submit. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me. The app will refresh out of nowhere and lag for awhile and suddenly, all the stuff I’ve written would be gone. This is really infuriating and I get so frustrated about it that I am finally writing a bad review. I have to use this app to save my documents and whenever it refreshes my progress for my homework and notes would just disappear. I’m really mad bout this because I was doing a math practice paper and out of nowhere, the app refreshed and all my answers I’ve written down is gone. I was doing the paper to revise for my exam and just like that, my work is all gone. 🤬🤬🤬
