Люди, которые не умеют считать проценты-это вина не калькулятора, а ваша. Вы когда пишете 100-10%, он вам и считает, как 100 минус десть процентов от единицы (по умолчанию), т.е. 100 минус 10/100, и равно это будет, конечно : 99,9. Вы после знака % не забывайте добавить, от чего ему считать проценты, т.е. если хотите получить 100 и минус десять процентов от этих ста, так и пишите 100-10%100, и будет вам нужные 90.
