Can't log in
I can't log in with my account. It is impossible and it is not sending an activation mail to my account.

Could you please try the “Log in with Sweatcoin” option first.
For your activation email, please search “Sweat Wallet Backup” in your emails, this should find it for you! If not, could you please check any email addresses you use? Perhaps it has been lost in the spam folder. If the email has been deleted, please reach out to support@sweateconomy.com and our team will be happy to help :)
Account not found (network is mainnet)
Really? After I changed my phone I simply can’t get back into my account, so this app is useless now. Too bad i’ve lost several pots and lots of crypto because of this. So I deleted both apps from the old phone and now I’m stuck in an endless loop between the app and the link in confirmation mail, which I still have. I’ve read every faq and offered solutions there was about this and tried everything to no avail. I even sent an email to them asking for help to get back into my account, but as you guessed, I got no reply in 2 months. I’m very, very upset about this situation because I used to love this app, but it seems there’s no support when things start to go sour. Very disappointed.

Step conversion not working properly
Overall the app is doing its job, but I get that the swat cap is 5000, I have over 6000 steps on a day, but I still get less than 2 sweatcoins even if one is less than 2500 :-? I think this should be the prio 1 bug to fix
