Great app
You can make grocery lists, it's easy to navigate and intuitive. Great products too. Been using it for a year and a half. Unparalleled customer service, prompt, lovely to deal with, I hope they are paid well because they have been a joy to talk to whenever I needed to do that. Great offers too A couple of things that could be improved: 1 haven't seen an option to add more than one address and more than one phone number -this could be really useful and I hope this is added in the future. 2. Returning of the bags isn't always correctly tracked - this might be something to do with the couriers not updating it once these are returned, but according to the app I have 13 unreturned bags when in fact I only have 3. 3. A little too many notifications on a daily basis - this is something that I flagged earlier with their customer support department and they were prompt to acknowledge it. We'll see how it goes in the future. Will continue to use the app and their services.
Almost seamless
No problems for the most part, with the exception of some stale produce every now and then, or not-so-fresh at least, since they last less than they would be supposed to while refrigerated. On rare occasions, they do forget to include products from the order in the bags. But even then, they are quick to offer compensation in the form of credit points, or to re-deliver at the next available time slot.
Would love if they could implement a review system on the products’ pages.
Great app and services
Great app and great services, love the save food program, it actually helps save food which is perfectly fine otherwise, almost never got rotten produce, they screen for quality as much as possible, the app also shows the ingredients, which is a great thing. I wish they had more clear and bigger close up pictures of the labels and change the time limit for adding products last minute to the order, from like 5 ours before to maybe 2..
