It's fast, without queues and long waits. No more paperwork, long forms or printing labels. All of that from 2,5 €.
What's in the app?
Send a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or printing labels. With our mobile application, in which you can find the Between us service, you can send a shipment in a moment. All you need is a phone and an online payment. You can pay online with card or via Apple Pay.
Returning the shipment
Do you need to return a shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application enables a simple return of the shipment, you only need to enter the code that you received from the e-shop. You don't need to fill in anything else.
Tracking
Thanks to the detailed tracking of the shipment and the connection with our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.
Push Notifications
Be informed. The app will notify you immediately when the shipment is ready for pickup.
Delivery points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest delivery points in the area. At the same time, the built-in filter allows you to select those places where you can pay by card, for example. You will then find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours, in the details of the delivery point.
Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

- You can track every detail during the delivery, we have added the delivery details which you know from our website.
- When sharing a parcel, it is no longer necessary to copy the parcel number and password, but just click on the link in the message and the parcel will be automatically added to another account.

I just left one of their boxes almost crying because I wasn’t able to pick up a package that has something important I need for tomorrow. I’ve gotten emails that lack the information you need in order to pick up your parcel, the app is asking for a password that goes with the tracking number, I don’t have that, I’ve never heard of a password and I’ve never received an email with one. This was the last day when I could pick up my parcel. In one of their emails they said all I need is to log into the app with the phone number and email I used when ordering the parcel and it would appear there, haha nice joke, nothing was there. Tried to find the parcel, I typed the tracking number and then it asked for the password I never heard of. Horrible app, horrible company, if you ever order something online just select for it to be delivered to your home because this service is unreliable and bad.

Hello, if your parcel is stored at Z-BOX, you don’t need any password, just the app (please see below more details how to pick up a parcel from Z-BOX https://www.zasilkovna.cz/en/customer-service#z-box). It is possible we haven’t received correct number from your sender and therefore the app was not able to find the shipment. No possibility to remove phone number/delete account
I strongly don’t recommend this app.
This app says there are a lot of easyboxes..actually, there are listed around 5 in the entire country. Further, i wanted to remove my phone number/account since i was not happy with this app..guess what, it is not possible. Worst experience. Keep in mind i’ll give this warning about your app to anyone, either online/offline.

Good first experience
I’ve used the app to send a package in a different EU country. Just dropped it off at the nearest pickup point. No hassle, good experience. Enough pickup points to not be a problem, at least in Bucharest, with directions and screenshots of how the place looks like.
The user experience should be improved a bit. Neither English nor Romanian translations sound natural and are confusing in some cases. Directions to a pickup point can only be opened in Apple Maps.
Would I use them again? Yes.
