Not working anymore
The app is not optimized for different phone screen sizes. The password reset form could not be used, the “Next” button did not work.
I tried creating a new account but failed when adding the card as payment method. Tried two different cards, on tho different Iphones (XR and 13 pro). Please fix asap!!
It works, but will test your patience.
Start the app and you see a loading animation for a full 20 seconds (with excellent connectivity). I guess this is a feature for dial-up nostalgics. Otherwise usable, but there are other steps in the app that also take very long.
Very frustrating
One of the worst EV apps and services I
had the displeasure of using. Stations don’t work, there is no way to identify which real station corresponds to the one in the app and the client service, although polite, could not help at all.
