This is so frustrating and annoying

In giving it 4 stars because the reviews with less stars aren’t showing. Some time ago and in the present as well, when I tried to upload a story of a video or a picture, the app really messed the quality. The exposure on the video was really low and it all looked orange absolutely HORRIBLE, and the photos had the exposure really high, even though in my gallery they were perfect. This happens not only to me, but to other people as well, as I have seen this complaint very often!!! I tried literally EVERYTHING and it just doesn’t work. The app really distorts the quality of the photos or the videos and this is beyond ANNOYING. This happens every few months or so, and the fact that this happens to many other people, proves that it’s not my phone at fault. This should be fixed as soon as possible because many people are literally done with this…

Hi, I am trying to update my instagram for MONTS by now to get the dms update and it just simply doesn't work, I tried everything I could, but it didn't work, I searched on the internet what to do if you can't get the "new" update and they said that I should probably log out and then back in from my acc, because it's like refreshing instagram and i did that but it didn't work, so i tried uninstalling and installing instagram back but it didn't work either! So if I may ask, what am I supposed to do, because nothing seems to work!? I was looking at the instagram app from the app store every single day to see if I can finally update it, but nothing. If you could possibly help me, I would appreciate it very much! I gave the app just 4 stars just because i am struggling to get the update from when it appeared cuz it was working.
