One of the best games ever made
This brings back so many memories. As a kid, the first time I realised I could do almost anything in a video game, was when I first played Grand Theft Auto 3. True pioneers of the genre.
Some issues that I found
When there are many sound sources near you at once (car horns, sirens, rain, ped talking) the sound will start to crackle, most often when you start driving or look around you.
Also the lack of functionality to select the target by tapping on it like in GTA SA is annoying because you ll end up shooting civillians, cops or your own gang members. Add an option to disable radio stations from the menu, because if you turn the volume meter to zero, you ll end up not hearing the music from finishing a mission. When you re about to enter a circle to start a mission, and leave your car next to it, you die, and retry, the player will spawn in the car, not outside of it, this will lead to bugs like in the mission “Uzi Driver”, the player will not enter the car with the 2 gang members, he ll be stuck in his car and the mission won t start, so you have to start over from the hospital with no guns.
iPad Pro 10.5 -laggy
I have to say,this game brings back my childhood memories and the fun of how the world look “ back in the day where this graphics was just “Woow”.I am playing this on an iPad pro and I must honestly say this is very laggy,it’s not unplayable but counting on iPad performances in other games I assume the lag is coming from errors of the game.4 stars because this isn’t working “perfecltly” hoping there is someone who will fix that and will add GTA IV soon:)
