Very Good.

Very simple design and everything works perfect. I have only one thing to say… I don’t know if it’s just me or it’s by default but I don’t recieve any app notifications even I have them on. Like when I transfer money from another account to my Orange Money Account I don’t get a notification that the money arrived and it’s pretty mad because I have to keep looking in the app everytime to see if the money arrived or not. Overall a great app.

Mindboggling painful to use

Not sure how or why or who came up with the idea of this app but please, don’t ever let that person in charge again.
Just to get an overall idea, the most used part of the application (the login screen) is unusable. The first time I set up my account, it took about 20 minutes and around 15 tries to create and login and now, for some reason, it lost all data and when I try to open the app, there is no login screen, just the ‘Start-up’ screen that takes you through the account creation steps but when I input my e-mail, it already exists so I cannot login and I cannot create a new account. How do you develop a profile/account based application without a proper login method? I am not interested in helping fixing anything because this needs redesigning, I just want to know how could someone think this was a genuinly good idea.

Quality dropping by the day

Application used to be decent as Orange Money. After being acquired by Alpha Bank, things changed:
- money missing from account - traced back to cancelled or updated transactions. Only corrected upon card termination. Their customer support always denied that was the case, as they couldn't see the transactions.
- terrible customer support - very long times to support, impolite/unprofessional at times, not even trying to match customer expectations.
- attempt to trick customers into not closing their accounts. They keep repeating it's free and so on and it takes more than one month plus many support requests to get them to close your customer account. The functionality does not work from the application (false advertising forcing you to go through countless hoops).
Both me and my partner had the same issues with them, so it's not a coincidence, but rather their business model.
I understand they are desperate because of losing customers, but that's definitely NOT the right way to run a business.
