With Edenred Benefit you can manage your benefits provided by your employer and customize them to your needs with just a few clicks.
What's on the menu? Depending on the plan your company has purchased, you can access the following sections:
• Flexible benefits
These can be purchased using the budget provided by your employer. All you have to do is choose what suits you best, whether it's meal vouchers, vacation vouchers, sports memberships, you can pick and choose what you want based on your needs.
• Benefit Club
A section with hundreds of special offers, divided into categories of interest. These offers can be of two types: those in the form of a discount, which do not require a budget (voucher or discount code) and those that can be purchased from your budget, with considerable discounts.
In addition, you also have an online shopping cashback program to save while enjoying the coolest deals
• Your benefits
Where you have access to long-term subscriptions and fixed benefits from your employer
• Cards
You will see the balance and details of each card, plus you have the flexibility to manage them at yourto your liking - access transaction history, reload or reissue the card.
• Your account
You have a dashboard that gives you more control and flexibility to manage your benefits. You always have access to your cards and transaction history and can check the status of your orders and subscriptions. You also get a personalized purchase report for better budget management.
• A Help Section
Any information you need is just a click away. From this section, you can access video tutorials and step-by-step instructions or tips for using the products: orders, budget, Edenred cards, salary fees, logging in and vouchers.

Can’t Reset My Password
The reset password link is taking me to the login page. This is a pretty serious production defect that should make the QA team sweat a bit 😅 I’ve been there.

CHANGE PASSWORD AGAIN AND AGAIN
I hate it when the app forces me to change my password. There is no other app that makes me change my password, not even banking ones. Why do you have to force users to do this repeatedly? How many hundreds of passwords do I have to change? Have you considered that if I change my password so often there is a possibility that I might forget it? Should I write it down somewhere? Isn't this riskier than having a strong password that I can remember forever? Stop this, it is most annoying. Everyone here complains about the same thing and you don't even consider it. It shows how much the users opinion matters. If I could choose to take the meal tickes in hand or use the benefits platform then I would definitely choose physical meal tickets.

Bad app worst benefits
The app is moving slow, every time you return from previous menu you get scrolled almost at the top and not where you left off. It has no dark theme so even when i dim brightness to lowest in the night time i get blinded. The design of it is at least 5 years back.
Now the benefits are even worst… for everything you want to buy with you benefit credit you have to pay 75% extra which is insane, you have to pay almost twice for everything or you can look it the other way around, you afford half of what you have 😂😂😂. This applies also for donations 👍
