Great Use
I’m using this wallet for some time, until today it works great. No issues with it. I like the versatility of it, I use both on my Mac which displays the charts (extra star for the little touch of color: the charts are in the coin/tokens color) and on my iPhone is also handy. I take a look couple of times a week to my portfolio - I never notice an error. The coin listing, compatibility is also quite great. I wish the exchange minimums should be lower - but this is understandable, so-OK :)

Thank you for using our app! The rates you see in the coin list and total balance within the wallet are taken from our rate provider CryptoCompare. Sometimes it needs a bit more time when it usually happens to update the rates. This is why we always recommend you to make sure that your connection is stable and nothing blocks the app's productivity and use VPN.
Also, our rate provider doesn't have rates for all coins from our coin list, unfortunately. We'll do our best to add more rate providers in the next releases. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Anyway, your funds are still on the blockchain and have their value. This issue doesn't influence the real price of the token and doesn't interfere with any operations with it.
