Restarts the download if you pause and resume it.
No support
I've tried many times to enroll, I've created many tickets, they are just ignoring them. Initially I got a response, and they told me I cannot enroll now, but they did not gave me any reason. I've asked what I should do in order to get unblocked, but still no response. The Developer support is a joke, you have no other line of communication other than email, to which they do not respond. After 2 months, still no response and I cannot enroll. I will end up mostly creating another account.
