Could be improved

I like the app, it s my favourite, I discovered many brands that use premium materials and good prices. BUT, It would be very useful to see the size the model wears in the picture and the possibility to see reviews of the product. Another inconvenience is that the orders are delivered very late , over 1 week , and the refunds also very late.
It would be perfect if you Could use for the delivery, Smart boxes for pick up, as other apps use, so you Could not wait for the delivery at home. Thank you

The variety of products is very good. However, the delivery is insanely long, and in case of a return, you will not see your money back for weeks. In addition, if you order products from the brand Glamorous, be prepared to receive the wrong size. I ordered a dress 3 times and 3 times I received a lather size. Finally, they checked, and they had wrong labels on the packages. Then they said the dress of my size did not exist and they promptly made the change in the system. After I ordered another dress, the same brand. And, guess what, again wrong size. Thankfully, it was good on me, my actual size would be too small. After contacting the customer center, they offered nothing for their mistake. It might be full of me to expect some incentives, but I spent a lot of time returning the dresses, etc. I needed to contact them multiple times in order to solve all above. Shame …..

Worst customer service ever

I have already been fooled 2 times by About You. One time I placed an order of 3 items, out of which one did not arrive at all and one was replaced with another item. On top of that, I have waited almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive. This time I placed another order of 3 T-shirts and I received an email that tells me one of them is not in stock anymore. Why can I add something to my cart if then it is not in stock?!?! Again, on top of that, the order was said to arrive on the 11th and today is already the 17th and my order did not arrive, nor have I been contacted by them to tell me my order is late and when it will arrive. I e-mailed them but no one got back to me. I am no longer buying from About You ever again, and I advise everyone reading this review to not order from them as well. Crap service!!!!!!!!!!
