Cannot pay online
I am not able to pay the schemes online. This is basic for an app. It was good earlier but I am not able to pay for the last 2 months. It’s disappointing more so because it fails after filling in all the details.
App is disfunctional
I am extremely disappointed with the Malabar Gold and Diamonds app. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't log into my account or even register a new one. The most frustrating part is that I never received the OTP required to complete the registration process. This has been an ongoing issue, and it seems like the app is completely non-functional.
I expected much better from such a reputed brand. It's incredibly disappointing that such basic features like logging in and receiving OTPs are not working. This severely hampers the user experience and makes the app unusable.
Overall, my impression of the Malabar Gold and Diamonds app is very bad. I hope the developers address these critical issues soon, but until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
