Not reliable App
I've placed my order. Time was scheduled for 12, however nobody called, nothing happened. Just was waiting forever. Then I had to cancel. Placed an order for the second time. Let's see what's gonna happen

The worst experience
As an app which is connecting people to service providers, they have no control over the dry cleaners. I chose to have my cloths dry cleaned, and I even put an additional note to take extra care of my items, I received all my items damaged due to washing. My jacket was completely damaged and shrunk as they washed it.
I contacted the customer service 7 days ago and I still didn’t receive any proper feedback. The laundry service came and collected my items to fix them and they stopped answering may calls.
Every time I contacted the customer service on the app they said they will get back to me within 48 hrs with the results.
If you don’t know how to provide service why you even made an app!????!!!!
Poor coordination poor services
As a mediator the service provided is zero. Every-time I asked for a follow up on an order, the response, IF any as sometimes they just disregard my query, was always negative. They don’t provide the laundry contact as per their policy but also they cannot provide the answer why my item was washed when I requested dry clean, why the price has changed, why the delivery is delayed, etc…
The worst I had to throw a set of amazing curtains damaged because of washing instead of dry clean even I selected dry clean and added a note ONLY dry clean. Still they washed it got it damaged and DENIED !! Shame
