Compose powerful overviews of your dietary intake patterns with intakeroo.
Set up different diet groups to understand how the food and supplements in your diet interact and impact your wellbeing. Do experiments on intakes in any of your diets to discover patterns that didn't stand out to you before. Use the food and supplement index to find and add perfect nutrition profiles of common foods and supplements. Create as many diets as you like and switch between them however and whenever you want.
intakeroo provides perfect nutritional profiles, which means that the entire energy content of the foods you select are listed, even if a component of an intake is unknown. With intakeroo you actually know, when you don't know parts of your diet. You can add intakes with just information about the protein content, or specify the amino acid profile too, if you want to.
With intakeroo you will be able to build a strong and long-lasting intuition about the energy content, nutritional value and health outcomes for the foods and supplements you use.
Log and do experiments on the foods and supplements that you take in throughout the year. Just like in scientific trials, you can set up experiments and select health and performance outcomes to test against.

This update adds REEKS. Reeks elements are cartouche-like windows that hold bright charts to provide visual context to your intake logs. The update also contains fixes for 3 critical bugs (bugs that make the app crash) and many other lighter types of bugs and glitches.
- fix for crashes when scrolling some calendars very fast.
- some dates would disappear sometimes in some calendars: this is now fixed.
- group trials have been disabled for now.
- the energy table would glitch and be slow sometimes: that is now fixed.
- new intake logs wouldn't always update right away in the dashboard: this is not fixed.
- the dashboard would sometimes deform when scrolling down: this is now fixed.
- on iPad the intake table showed a line across the middle of the screen. this is now fixed.
