What’s New
Version 7.0.3
With the improved navigation you can now easily switch between departure times, routes and tickets. Also, the new search function in WienMobil Benefits makes it even easier to find attractive vouchers.
In addition, we are continuously working to improve our app. This version contains some stability enhancements and improvements.

Too much hassle and risk
It’s insane that we need to provide names, address etc to make an account on this. Why can’t we just buy a single ticket anonymously?!
We used the ticket machines instead. TIP: in the oebb ticket machine, select city tickets
All I needed to move around Vienna
Tickets, routes, properly working map with stops.
What would be nice though is to somehow „lock” myself to a specific trip, because many times I’ve accidentally went out of the trip I was currently following while riding the bus, and I had to search for connection again, and the app wouldn’t display the same connection, so I had little difficulties to determine how am I exactly supposed to change to next tram/bus/subway on that particular trip.
Also no clear indication if the ticket I have is valid for some means of transport, which were dosplayed in the app (trains and busses outside city core area)
All good but…
The app log off me every few days. Why???
