You will be a slave.
I signed up for a subscription, practiced for 2 months and then I had circumstances in my life when I didn't have money to pay for the next month. I went to my personal cabinet to look for the cancel button, but this button is just not there.
Then I found the email of the support service and wrote them to cancel my subscription (because it was not possible to change the card in my personal cabinet).
The answer from support was: We can cancel your subscription only after 2 months. And the fact that I can not pay for it and even physically come to the gym they did not care.
As a result, I was charged a sum of 588 zl for 3 months of non-payment. To say that I was shocked is nothing to say plus they said that if I do not pay, they will be forced to turn to the collectors.
In the end they make slaves out of people.
Could be better
missing current contract information. Adding club to favourites does nothing, when entering the club you have to search the list again. Overall ok, but with such narrow set of required features they should be perfect, not just acceptable. :)
