Szczegóły
W aplikacji możesz zakupić każdy bilet z taryfy ZTM. Kupuj bilety długookresowe, bez konieczności ich kodowania na karcie. Bilety są aktywne od razu po ich zakupie!
Korzystaj z wybranej przez siebie metody płatności: karta płatnicza, BLIK, Portfel Google i ApplePay.
Aplikacja będzie Twoim identyfikatorem. Po utworzeniu konta imiennego i jego weryfikacji (możesz to zrobić u każdego kontrolera w pojazdach lub w Punktach Obsługi Pasażera), nie będziesz potrzebować dokumentu tożsamości podczas podróży. Podczas kontroli wystarczy Ci telefon!
Do aplikacji możesz się zalogować w wybrany przez siebie sposób. Korzystaj z maila jako loginu lub włącz TouchID lubFaceID.
W naszej aplikacji w prosty sposób sprawdzisz historię swoich zakupów i podróży. Szybko wygenerujesz fakturę, jeśli jej potrzebujesz. Wszystko pod ręką, bez konieczności wizyt w Punktach Obsługi Pasażera.

App issue
This app was working for like a month. After that it suddenly stopped working, there’s a message on home screen saying that i’ve logged on a device that was blocked and I can unlock it on the website. When I go to the website everything seems to be fine, every device is active and there’s no blocked device. I reported an issue in December, they said that my report was sent to their system creator, but there was nothing done to make it work. I tried to log in on another iPhone (A NEW DEVICE THAT HASN’T BEEN USED TO LOG IN BEFORE) and there was same issue. I highly recommend to not instal it, because it’s simply waste of time and you’ll have frayed nerves.
Usually okay, sometimes awful
Never before have I encountered a public transport-ticketing app that regularly *blocks* you from buying a ticket. Is that not why we’re all here—to pay for your services?!
I like to follow the rules and contribute what I owe (such as 2zł for my usual tram ride into the city), but the more complicated and convoluted you make it to do the right thing (e.g. by suggesting that I buy a normal ticket for double the cost), the less people are going to bother doing it.
Nothing works as intended
It seems like the app is in public beta test. Majority of features do not work. App informes you that it didn't buy a ticket but in fact buys several. There is no way of returning the tickets (despite FAQ saying that there is). You can't generate an invoice for tickets (again despite FAQ saying you can).
Whole app is just a mess.
I don't recommend it as of now. It needs at a very least few more months of development.
