brokenly radio streaming in the Sonos app

Sonos app is very nice, but there is problem with radio streaming from others connected services in the apps (for example TuneIn or myTuner Radio). There are always laggs or broken streaming with radio on Symfonisk from IKEA & Sonos. When streaming is from original app (not via Sonos app) there is everything ok... For example stabilty and connection from Apple Music app via AirPlay or from other app is very good. Could you please check why and fix it. It is also in the new version of app. I will change my rate, when it will be fixed. - new version fixed it, so I,ve changed my rate Thx!

Keeps getting worse

I miss the simplicity and clean look of old Sonos apps. It’s not only recent bugs but clutter and focus on visual gimmicks rather than usability. I see a lot of work of poor marketing advisors that are not your customers. After all these years there should be support for apple shortcuts and an app for Apple Watch so I could just tap next or change volume on my wrist while relaxing without phone. The volume control should be rethinked. The volume of 20 should be about the same in every room. Now when I pair soundbar, two ones and sub the volume is so much louder than on the rest of the speakers. There is also significant difference in volume of for example play5 and roam. In the simplest form there should be some volume correction slider for each speaker and speaker pair/group (like home theater group and stereo pair). Think about it, those features can be done easily and cheap. They need just to be thought out by engineers and UX designers not marketing. I’m starting to think about getting out of Sonos ecosystem in my new home. The sound quality is decent but not fantastic but the ease of control and convenience was a selling point for me which is getting worse in the recent years and I see no turning points here.

Connection issues (almost always) when starting music

Once connected and playing it is working smoothly. Usually I need to skip to a next song sometimes open Sonos app or restart Airplay connection when the above does not help. The problem is Ive switched to latest iPhone, modern router standing 1 meter next to speakers and my phone, moreover fiber high speed from ISP and it still stutters when starting = no sound at beginning, while music is displayed as playing. No improvement on iP15 vs iP8 and against older Sonos app. It happens so often that I will consider other sound system with next purchases. The same problem happens with AirPlay music through Yamaha amplifier at my friend. On top of that Ive heard in news that in the latest terms of use Sonos started selling our most valuable resource in the world - personal information. Audio quality is good, design is great, but selling user’s private data is no go for me.
