The order never came 🥺

After 1.5h of waiting for my order, I’ve decided to check what is going on with it at the restaurant carriage :)
After another 15min of staying in line, lady told they’ve never got my order. So, I had to order again. Btw, few items were missing. Tow lady asked me about my place and said that they will bring food in 10min to my place.
After 20 min another guy run into carriage with my order and was loudly yelling “whose the order, it’s the last time we are bringing orders, we do not have a time for it!”
Weird situation and weird stuff actions. Anyway, cannot to rate app on different way because it’s simply of not being supported by stuff

i ordered a chicken sandwich and it took them around 10 minutes to deliver, it was warm, bread was quite fresh. i ordered at 10 pm so quite late, and there were no problems with payment by card. the app is really simple but works fine especially with bad internet connection.
i’d like to have more choices, especially of breads and in general; but overall it’s an app that gets you food delivered straight to your train seat. no complaints

Bad

I was waiting 2 hours for get sandwich. After 1.30 hour guy came and told me he don’t have time to give me sandwich but he was walking near me many times. And he said I must go to line if I want my sandwich. I thought when I ordered so I’m automatically in the line. But nope. It’s not first time when I didn’t get my order from this app. After saying this dunno how he turn off making orders by app. I don’t like app, better don’t use it.
