Download the MultiSport mobile app, which is like a card and your ID in one, and enjoy convenient access to sports facilities - no need to show your ID and the physical card. Ratings and Reviews
The app has some issues
I keep getting logged out of my account without a reason on a daily basis. When I try to log back in, the app says my card number is already taken. Like a vicious circle.
I must delete the app and then install it again, change password and then I can log in. My identity however needs to get verified every time after such incident. Time consuming and irritating.

Issues with Multisport Card Management
I am very disappointed with the Multisport card service. When ordering a card for my colleagues, I did not expect to encounter such a situation I lost access to my own card, even though it was paid for and should have been active for more than half a month. Not only did I lose access to a card that I had already paid for, but it turns out that I will have to wait until next month to get it back. This is not only unpleasant but also unfair. I believe this situation reveals significant shortcomings in the management of Multisport cards. I would expect the company to provide better customer service and more effectively resolve such issues. I hope the company takes action to prevent similar situations in the future.
Errors
After changing the card number on the website, cannot login to the application. Every time one of the scenario appears: 401 error, you don’t have permission to use the app, card number needed - after clicking “next” button several errors pops up/if giving the card number, shows that another user is already connected to this number. It’s incredibly annoying. I need to go back to use plastic card. 🤨
Edit: Thanks to the support team and the magic they used to solve the problem, now app is working correctly. :)
