Application forces to use GPS
I have already submitted this bug to mbank months ago without any reaction.
The application requires to use Location Services to work properly. This is against Apple Policy to give customer a choice to provide my location or not. Unfortunately, when I disallow location services for the app, this application it self it’s NOT USABLE as it lags and times out all the time due to waiting to get location! The mBank official says the location is required only for ATM maps! Well, I don’t need the map and I have a right to not use this functionality. However this is not possible as the whole application becomes unstable and laggy then.

Missed notifications
This is another time when I was trying to pay for some online shopping and confirm payment via app. By the mistake I closed the notification about payment and when tried to retrieve from notification center this specific notification was not there! There is also a lot of UI features to fix. Be honest I am thinking to change bank because of this app.
Does not switch to English version
Update #2 to developer: I already tried reinstalling. It has no impact. You know this is a bug that a lot of reviews have been complaining about since at least October of last year. I only chose mBank because I thought I’d be able to use the mobile app in English while I’m learning Polish. I don’t know what planet you’re living on but -there is no English version-. My phone’s language is English; it does not automatically adapt to the phone’s language and lots of other reviews have said the same.
I’ve downgraded my rating from two stars to one now because how much of a waste of time this has been.

Update to developer: I see your response but there’s no Język option. I have explored every bit of the app to find this and it’s not there in version 3.22.0 which appears to be the latest version available.

Like other reviews have said, it will not localize to English. My device is set to an English locale and English language and it doesn’t switch. This is clearly a bug that a lot of people are complaining about.
Rather than try to set the language automatically based on the device’s language (which doesn’t work anyway), there should be an option to set it manually. This is just such a bad design choice!
