Unless you don’t want to get your food consistently - don’t use this service

Food is okay, no complaints here, couple of meals were REALLY delicious

The reason why you don’t want to use this app is the way how they treat you as a client.
It’s AWFUL, I can’t use any other word

Delivery time is random, okay, let’s be it
Any person alive would think - seems that delivery time in this case will be late morning
“Hold my beer” they say and during the two-week plan I had two occasions of 3AM wake up’s due to delivery being made

Okay, in this case food at least was delivered
Two times within the same two week it wasn’t - if you won’t make it to the intercom in a minute after courier arrived - congrats, your food that you’ve paid for will go back to the office and will be never delivered to you
Phone call in case user is not responding to the intercom call - what, no, who cares that you won’t get something that you paid for, I’ll just leave

And then cherry on top - after the situations above were presented to a client service employee she told “no refunds”, and I’ve never heard from her again after despite asking of the exact reason why this situation is not considered as a “full refund” one

Make some good food at home or visit nearby cafe - you’ll save some money and won’t feel robbed as you will feel using this service

Calculator of kcal does not work, after initial calculation for fat reduction it proposed 1800kcal, and this diet I bought and today could barely eat whole meat. After two days of using all of sudden the app says reduction should be 1200kcal diet, so which one?
Also it won’t connect to iPhone applications and after two days manually input weight just disappeared. When trying to connect to iPhone health apps this one just crashes and you need to download it again.
First day food was delicious, second day so so, but not terrible. The delivery was set at 8:30 and even though there is a warning meal can be delivered since 2 am, food is at my door at midnight. Which would be okay if they said this will be done.
