Issue with app
So I have now completed 5 rides and everything is good I have lime prime and it’s really good but I have a problem with something. If you open your let’s say desktop in the app you see on the top left corner how much did you ride how much points do you have and so on, and I have sadly not points written there how many I have got from all my rides and how much I have overcome and I don’t know if it is a bug or so I tried restarting my phone but nothing is working and I still can’t see nothing pls fix or do something about it bc my friend has the app also and he’s riding lime and has premium and for him everything works🙁😔😞☹️😕😕☹️
What a mess
I created an account in Poland and the currency was USD. Apple Pay is not working - tried on two different phones. For a while it showed prices in PLN but once I actually tried to load it, it charged me in USD. After that I could rent a Lime with PLN with unknown exchange rate that charged my USD wallet. I finished my (regardless of currency used) expensive ride - almost sure Uber would be cheaper in longer distances, and shortly after I’ve got a coupon for 1GBP. Which once used was converted to 1USD. What an exchange rate!
The support is basically non existent! I reported the issue (which was tricky already - there is no phone number to call!), after few days I’ve got some generic reply. After a week no progress on my case. Still I have to use USD. In Poland.
Probably noone would see it from Lime and it doesnt look like they care much about clients. But hope some poeple would think twice before using this service which is very very low for our standards. Compare the customer service to Uber - reported in the morning and by the evening they solved my issue already or even NetBike - which at least have phone number you can call.
Anyway I’m considering doing a chargeback on my card because I totally feel like scammed by Lime.
a serious problem
When me and my friend were riding my phone died. Of course I thought that the Limes were going to turn off but they didn’t. So time was still running out. Luckily it happened near my house and I could charge my phone but still, it was counting my money. It turned out that I paid 80 PLN (polish currency), I was in shock but I couldn’t do anything. I think it is a huge problem because what would happen if you were far away from home? This MUST be repaired!
Advice from me:
NEVER go for a ride if you’re running out of battery in your phone!
