Aplikacja służy do obsługi Programu pn. „Karta Krakowska” realizowanego przez Urząd Miasta Krakowa. Za jej pomocą możesz zarejestrować konto w Programie, złożyć wniosek, prezentować Partnerom ważny Status mobilnej Karty Krakowskiej oraz kupować i okazywać do kontroli mobilne imienne bilety okresowe mieszkańca (o ile wyrażono zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych Zarządowi Dróg Miasta Krakowa). Status pozwala na uzyskiwanie zniżek u wielu Partnerów Programu oraz zniżek na jedno- dwu- i trzymiesięczne oraz semestralne imienne bilety okresowe komunikacji miejskiej w Krakowie.

Constant problems with log in/log out
Each time app is automatically log out. Each time I should log in by writing my creds fully as the “Remember me” checkbox is not worked.
Failed to remember my login
Application is logout every time I close the app. Even after checking „remember me” checkbox. No options to have biometric login to avoid inputing login and password during each control in communication. Known issue and no fix for a two months.
English language
Hello team would be nice to have a English version for foreigners living in krakow, thank you
