Just use uber Eats
The app has No contact support. You cannot contact anyone or modify your order once you place. Driver tracking is not available as it says „lost driver’s signal” and then suddenly he is at your doorstep. There is NO WAY to contact the driver. I was forced to use it because Uber eats withdre from my country, but now I will look for some less popular alternatives. The mentioned issues happened multiple times, not in a single order.
No support from the Just Eat
Our delivery has not been delivered, we tried to contact with Just Eat- no willingness to help, they did not solve the problem, we had to go to the restaurant another day and did it by ourselves. Also the chat disconnects every time when I wanted to write anything. They could not contact the restaurant as I asked for it. Really bad application!
