Sluggish, unintuitive Bronze Age UI
Each and every step is slow, syncing takes ages. Adding macro is painfully slow. Can’t duplicate activity for slight changes, I have to start over from scratch. Harmony Elite definitely is not worth money asked
Overall experience is like Russian Army logistics - they say it works, but nobody has ever seen it.
Such a great app!
I’ve been with this app for quite a while. Few years ago I gave it 1 star rating and a very critical review, but now I have to say that the development team has made a great progress here! Wide customization options and intuitive interface. I can’t imagine switching the entertainment control system to anything else now. And that’s the first system I’m trying. Well done!!
Areas for improvement:
- quicker devices support (had to wait some months for new denon network player and didn’t want to add it manually)
- clean device database (some devices are there but very hard to find, lots of duplicates probably)
- remote graphical layout (all buttons should be on one page, maybe except numeric)
In 2024 still works perfect
I’ve been using the Logitech Harmony app for several years and it’s been a solid part of my home entertainment system. The setup isn’t the most intuitive and can be a bit of a hassle, but once you get it up and running, it’s incredibly reliable. It seamlessly controls all my devices, making it easy to switch between activities with just a tap. Despite the initial setup challenge, the overall performance and convenience make it a must-have for anyone looking to simplify their home entertainment. Highly recommended for its reliability and control features, just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve at the start.
