Easiest way to get your tickets & friendly support
App is easy to use and has really nice, intuitive interface. When it comes to buying tickets it’s very smooth. Also when it comes to contact the support it takes some time but they are very helpful after they catch up with you

Be careful - Going is a scam
I bought my tickets through going, where they were handling the payment and all communication. After the event they were selling was cancelled few days before start (!) they decided to cut off from all their customers with only service fee (few zlotys) refund.
After a year, in an attempt to fix their destroyed public image, they decided to send a refund to small group of random people, ignoring others (with justification that they bought tickets from organizer website not their app, where the website was just redirecting to the app …) resulting in even bigger customers dissatisfaction.
TLDR: don’t ever buy anything on Going
All good
Never had any issues with the app and helpdesk responded to my query in 15 minutes solving a problem I caused by mistake and sending tickets on mail and sharing them through the app.
