Deliveries unintuitive
No chance to redirect delivery other than within 10km. No step in the order process in the app to reconfirm delivery address. Responsive customer service but not offering any solution. Time to step up and up your game.
App literally doesn’t work
Since approx. 6 months application is not working on iphone 13, I can not login due to error ‘something went wrong, retry later!’
Is at least a small chance to repair it in this century? xD
