Good morning. I have the app and an iPhone case. I bought a subscription and during registration, the iPhone pasted an email address to me. I cannot reset my password to log in to the website. It is not possible to change the email address in the application. Please help. Mariusz

DIVING

App it’s great itself. Just a problem I had that once I gone diving and during submarine I he to stop and get up 1 m to equalize pressure app discovers that as end of diving and logged that as diving completed so once I gone down again it was not logging on my diving. I would suggest that once diving started on level 0 (application ON), it should keep login diving until diving manually ENDED by diver by holding right button (like ejection form water). It should keep workin and keep logging diving all the time until it’s really finished as once u under the water last thing is to think about software working or not for Your decompression stops. In my opinion very good app but this one element that it should keep logging automatically diving (like professional computers does) until Diver will really STOP diving manually once out of the water.
Giving 5 start as it’s great product but also want to provide feedback to developers to look at this fact. Happy to provide my log book details and more details over email.

Disapointed

Imagine having the best underwater photo case for your iPhone on the market, only for the Oceanic app to turn it into a brick, but only when you try to use it as intended – for taking photos on a diver's safari far from shore and out of cell range. But in your own bathtub at home? Of course, it works, as long as you have internet in your bathroom! Meet our hapless user, who, despite having a subscription, finds out daily that he's on the free plan and can't use his case. Forced to buy another package, he joyfully discovers that he already has an active license, and the extra, unnecessary expense will extend his services just in time for his mountain trip. Picture his mix of sorrow, bitterness, and a sense of defeat when he realizes that the app works mostly at home. It should allow him to take photos at sea! Meanwhile, his Apple Watch Ultra with the same app works flawlessly. Perhaps it's worth asking the developers to design the app to work where it's usually needed? Could it be that the Oceanic app was created by people who have no idea what it's supposed to do? Well, at least in the bathtub, you can feel like you're on a diver's safari... 🏊‍♂️📱😅
